Prof. Sangam Shrestha Delivered Plenary Talk at the International Conference of Advances in Civil Engineering

Prof. Sangam Shrestha delivered a plenary talk on ‘Water Security and Global Change: Recent Research and Direction for Future’ at the 5^th International Conference of Advances in Civil Engineering (ICACE) on March 4, 2021.
