Roundtable on Addressing Ground Water Vulnerability for Building Disaster Resilience in South Asia

Prof. Sangam Shrestha discussed and introduced WEM’s groundwater-related projects in the roundtable on ‘Addressing Groundwater Vulnerability for Building Disaster Resilience in South Asia’ organized by the Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE), Government of Bangladesh and All India Disaster Mitigation Institute (AIDMI) on March 24, 2022.

The objective of the roundtable was to have igniting discussion and come to a consensus at the regional level for concerted actions on groundwater vulnerability and associated risks to build disaster resilience in South Asia.
