Water Engineering and Management (WEM) student Ms. Phorntip Saensri, an awardee of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Scholarship 2021 under the program “Konrad Adenauer Scholarship for Social and Innovative Development (KASSID), shares her experience participating on KASSID Annual Meeting 2022 (10-11 June, Bangkok). Ms. Phorntip writes:
“It was a wonderful experience for me to participate in KASSID Annual Meeting 2022 with other 16 scholars from diverse academic backgrounds. Further, I had an opportunity to share my ongoing research progress and current concern about Climate Change in the Water Sector. Furthermore, the workshop led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanintorn Pensute of the Faculty of Political Sciences and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, on the topic of “Participatory Democracy” was very interesting. I gained new information and knowledge regarding political science, social problems, and solutions in Thailand. Finally, I would like to thank KAS for organizing the meet and all the participants for the wonderful time.”
