The Global Water and Climate Adaptation Centre – Aachen, Bangkok, Chennai, Dresden (ABCD-Centre) currently accepts applications for two Ph.D. scholarships for a duration of up to 12 months. The scholarships are awarded by the DAAD-funded ABCD-Centre project for doctoral students from the Global South who will later transfer their research findings into practice. The scholarship will fund a research stay at RWTH Aachen University, Technische Universität Dresden (TU Dresden), or United Nations University – Institute for Integrated Management of Material Fluxes and Resources (UNU FLORES) in Germany from 01 January 2024 until 31 December 2024.
The ABCD-Centre is a collaborative initiative between RWTH Aachen University, Asian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, UNU-FLORES, and TU Dresden.
